Donaldson Run is ready, once again, to help you stay (or get!) fit with our summer fitness programs. We have three proven programs from which to choose.
Early Bird Water Aerobics

Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Class begins June 1
Early risers meet at the pool at 6:00 am for an energizing, one hour wake up workout! Members pay only $100 for a full season pass. A non-member season pass is $125. To get your pass, simply send in your payment along with your membership form. If you prefer, you may pay-as-you go for only $6.00 a class. You can even bring a non-member friend for only $7.00 a class. If pay-as-you go works is your choice, simply sign in each morning and leave your money with the lifeguard on duty.
Mid Day Water Aerobics

Class begins June 21
For members who find 6:00 am too daunting, we have a later class available. This popular mid-day class is devoted to giving participants an hour of great water exercise. This class begins on June 21st at 11:00 am and on July 30 changes to a 10:00 am start time. Classes will take place every day of the week except Wednesdays. Members pay only $30 for a book of 6 class tickets. Or, if you prefer to pay-as-you go, the cost is only $7.00 a class. All mid-day water aerobic tickets can be purchased directly from the instructor.
Amphibious (Land & Water) Boot Camp

Class begins May 28
For those members who prefer a more vigorous exercise program, DRRA Boot Camp program will give you just that! Boot Camp kicks off on May 28th and meets every morning for a solid hour of intensive exercise. The swim workouts will be held at Donaldson Run and start at 5:30 am on Tuesday and Thursday. Dry land workouts will start at 6:00 am at Washington-Lee High School on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. A pool-only option is available.
