Colleen Browne Colleen is local to Arlington, having attended Tuckahoe Elementary, Williamsburg Intermediate, and Yorktown High School. Colleen met her husband, David, while in college at William and Mary. They have resided in the Donaldson Run neighborhood for 15 years, and their sons Huck and David (or "D") are on the Donaldson Run swim team.
