Payments

We encourage you to pay your registration fee by electronic check (e-check), which we introduced during last year’s registration. If you pay by e-check, funds are withdrawn directly from your bank account, and there are no transaction fees. E-checks have become a more common payment feature in recent years, including in Arlington County’s CAPP portal, so many of you may already be familiar with how e-checks work. Instructions on how to pay by e-check will be provided when you login to register.

You may also use a debit or credit card to pay your fee. As explained last year, we want to continue to offer the convenience of paying by debit/credit card; however, to better utilize funds for improvements, we are passing the transaction fee on to those who choose to use a card for these payments. This fee is paid directly to the card processor; DRRA does not make any money from this fee.

As DRRA moves toward a digitized registration system, we encourage you to avoid paying by paper check, which is labor intensive for us to process. To reduce costs and better utilize funds for improvements, a $10 processing fee will be added to payments made by paper check.

 

Registration Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. Select Member Log In from the home page
    • Your User Name is your DRRA member number. For example, if you see the the number after your name on your mailing label, (Legacy Account #9999), you would log in using your Legacy Account Number: 9999

    • To reset your password, click on the retrieve username & password link and enter the email address associated with your member account.

  2. After logging in, you will be asked to update/confirm any missing account information.

    • You must confirm your Emergency Contact information at this step.

  3. Next, you will be taken to the Manage Account page. Select the link at the top of the page to renew your membership.

  4. If you need to add or modify the family members on your account, return to the Membership->Manage Account page and add/edit existing members. Remember everyone residing in your home must be included in your membership.

  5. You may optionally add adult fitness classes, guest passes, and babysitter passes to your account.

  6. Select your payment option. If paying by paper check, you must add the $10 check processing fee to your cart, then select check as your payment method. Otherwise select credit/debit or e-check.

  7. Review you order. If paying by e-check – enter your bank account information; if paying by credit/debit card – enter your card information.

  8. If everything is correct, select Submit Order

    • Note that by submitting your registration, you are agreeing to the DRRA Terms and Conditions which can be found on the order confirmation screen and https://drra.org/terms-conditions.

  9. If you are paying by paper check, please print a copy of your email confirmation statement and mail it with your check to:
